Payments

To purchase tour packages or related services through our website, an advance payment is collected to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The remaining cost can be paid upon arrival at the destination before the commencement of our services.

Full payment is required in advance during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Festivals). We reserve the right to change, modify, or terminate any offer at our discretion without prior notice.

Mode of Payment

Payments can be made via online transfer, debit/credit card (Master/Visa), or other accepted methods. For payments made through credit card, applicable bank charges will be added to the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

If you postpone or cancel your travel, written notification is required. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost
• 15 to 29 days prior – 30% of the tour cost
• 7 to 14 days prior – 40% of the tour cost
• 2 to 6 days prior – 50% of the tour cost
• Less than 48 hours or no show – No refund
• Jeep Safari & Elephant Safari Amount – Non-refundable

Refund Policy

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

If there are any hikes in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India after the tour cost is finalized, the difference will be charged as extra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

By continuing to use our services after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the new terms.
